GRETA's 2023

In May GRETA was moved to her new home in Port Ludlow. After taking delivery at Queen City Yacht Club (great facility, thanks for the hospitality) we headed west. So, 30 minutes after taking ownership we entered the Ballard locks. Fortunately I had already passed through the locks many times in both power and sailboats. I also had many hours experience in handling a twin engine power boat after owning and operating a twin engine tow boat as a Vessel Assist contractor back in the mid eighties.

After an easy lock transit and dropping off our extra deck hand at Shilshole Bay Marina we headed NW bound for Port Ludlow. GRETA is our first boat with a flybridge. We quickly realized how pleasant a sunny day is when experience via the "flybridge lifestyle". The trip to Port Ludlow was rewardingly easy and comfortable. GRETA showed how well she handles a little seaway and how well behaved she is underway.
